With the help of the courteous staff, we had a pleasant stay. Housekeeping and delivery service were available there too. Decent base for rest. Besides, central park zoo is 5 minutes' drive away.

Toilet running, cramped room, worn interior, cleaning insufficient found stuff from previus guests under bed, horrible music in lobby/ breakfast restaurant. Overpriced breakfast. Socalled suite where my three children stayed not at all luxurious. Spent extra $ to buy this one from pics on web, not worth it.

Booked hotel on Booked.net...did not see the small print...wayyyyyyy overpriced for a two night stay. Price was different when I arrived then what printed out.

I prepaid for the room and upon checkout they charged my credit card again and are now refusing to refund the amount. I feel that this is a black mark against both Booked.net and the hotel. I have supplied copied of my bank statements and dates of charges and have double paid for what was meant to be a better booking option.

Staff was unpleasant. When I came they did not have a room I have booked, instead gave me a "prison cell" size room and told me if I did not like to go and find another hotel?! Wireless internet did not work at all! Would not recommend it to anyone, horribly unpleasant experience.

The room I got was very small n did not have a desk. I was there for work n this made it rather uncomfortable. Further, the wifi was awful n it was frustrating to use it with my phone or laptop... The service is also not fantastic.

I expected to see better quality extras in the room for the price. Not the same soaps and such as I have gotten in a Best Western in rural Georgia.

Do not stay at this hotel, the staff is rude and the hotel is full of problems and the stay will be extrmly uncomfortable. the toilets, air conditioning, lights dont work, the staff dont want to helpplus they will overcharge you on your credit cards. ****************** do not stay at this hotel at all********************** or like every other client you will cry and waste your money
